Welcome to my blog! This is a mix of a diary and an education platform. In this blog, you will first and foremost find information about health, food and everything I’ve learned about nourishing the body and soul, but also about fitness, my travels and fashion. My purpose is to use it as a diary, lighten my heart, and hopefully give you some helpful information from time to time.
I appreciate everything that brings me happiness. Like spending time outside regardless of the weather, reading books, experimenting with new recipes and binge-watch documentaries. My passion in life is to feel good, eat good food, experience things and regularly have those flutters of happiness in my stomach. I love seeing the beauty in the smallest of things, and in my opinion, we can shape our lives as we want, by using our thoughts and take care of our bodies who are supposed to carry us throughout our lives.
